Returns and refunds

This policy explains how returns and refunds work for orders from More Padel Please. More Padel Please is a trading name of Magic Garden Products Ltd, company 15366481, VAT GB 458 5236 67. It sets out your rights under UK consumer law, which always apply to UK customers. If you live outside the UK, you keep any mandatory consumer rights of the country where you live.

Changing your mind: the 14-day right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. We offer the same 14 days to customers outside the UK. If your order arrives in more than one delivery, the 14 days start when the last item arrives.

This applies to our tees, mugs, caps and balls. Our designs are made to order, but they are standard designs and not personalised to you, so the normal 14-day right applies.

How to cancel: email us at hello@morepadelplease.com within the 14 days, saying clearly that you want to cancel and giving your order number. Please email us before you send anything back, and we will tell you where to send it. You then need to send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling.

Your refund: we will refund the price you paid for the goods, plus the standard delivery cost you paid, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or of receiving proof that you have sent them back, if that is earlier). We will refund to the payment method you used.

Return costs: if you have simply changed your mind, you pay the cost of sending the goods back. For orders from outside the UK, this includes any international postage and any customs charges on the return. Please take reasonable care of the goods while they are with you and send them back unworn, unused and, where possible, in their original packaging. We may reduce your refund if the goods have lost value because they were handled more than needed to check what they are.

Faulty, damaged or not as described

If something arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as you can at hello@morepadelplease.com, with your order number and a photo if you have one. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

Within 30 days of delivery you can generally reject faulty goods for a full refund.
After that, and within six months, you are generally entitled to a repair or replacement first, and if that does not fix the problem, a price reduction or a refund.
We pay the return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.

Wrong size?

Check the size guide (in cm) on each tee's page before you order. If you ordered the wrong size, you can cancel within 14 days as above and place a new order in the right size.
