1. Who we are

This website is run by More Padel Please. More Padel Please is a trading name of Magic Garden Products Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company 15366481), VAT GB 458 5236 67. You can contact us at hello@morepadelplease.com. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean More Padel Please, and "you" means the person placing an order.

2. What we sell

We sell Wilson Premier Padel Speed Balls and our own slogan tees, mugs and caps. We are an independent seller of the balls. We do not make them and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Wilson or Premier Padel. Wilson and Premier Padel are trademarks of their respective owners. Our tees, mugs and caps are made to order by our print and fulfilment partner, Printful. We try to show our products and their colours accurately, but colours can look a little different on different screens.

3. Placing an order

When you place an order, that is an offer to buy from us. We accept your offer, and a contract is formed, when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price is clearly wrong. If we do, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where VAT applies. Postage, where it applies, is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.

5. Delivery

We deliver worldwide, to the countries offered at checkout. Full details, including postage costs, import duties and how long made-to-order items take, are in our Shipping policy. We dispatch balls without undue delay and, for UK orders, deliver them within 30 days of your order, unless we agree otherwise. Made-to-order items take longer to arrive than balls, because they are produced after you order.

6. Your right to cancel

You have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. Full details, and how to cancel, are in our Refund policy.

7. Faulty or incorrect goods

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you have legal rights, summarised in our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including any mandatory consumer rights in the country where you live.

8. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our failure to follow these terms or by our negligence. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

10. Our designs

The slogans, artwork and text on this website belong to us. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking first.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones on our website when you place it.

12. Law and disputes

These terms, and any contract between you and us, are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live. If you live elsewhere, this does not take away any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country.
