Where we deliver
We deliver worldwide. Enter your address at checkout to see the postage cost for your country before you pay. If your country is not offered at checkout, we cannot currently deliver there.
Padel balls
- Ball orders under £16.99 (for example 1 can of Wilson Premier Padel Speed Balls at £5.99): postage is a flat rate per order, UK £2.99, European Union £9.99, rest of the world £14.99.
- Ball orders of £16.99 or more (for example the 3-can bundle at £16.99): free UK postage. Postage for these larger orders is £14.99 to the European Union and £23.99 to the rest of the world.
The postage cost is shown at checkout before you pay. We will email you shipping confirmation when your balls are on their way. We dispatch balls without undue delay. UK orders are delivered within 30 days of your order, unless we agree otherwise. International delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier.
Tees, mugs, caps and beach towels (made to order by Printful)
These are made to order by our print and fulfilment partner, Printful, once you place your order. Tees, mugs and beach towels are printed and caps are embroidered. Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days (Printful's published average), and then the carrier's delivery time is on top of that. Postage depends on the item and where it is going, and is shown at checkout before you pay.
Court towels (made to order in Yorkshire)
Our padel court towels are printed and made to order in Yorkshire by our UK print partner once you place your order. Making one usually takes 5 to 7 business days. Then it goes out by Royal Mail: Royal Mail Tracked 48 in the UK, or Royal Mail International Tracked elsewhere (usually 3 to 5 working days to Europe and 5 to 7 working days to the rest of the world).

Each made-to-order item (tee, mug, cap or towel) is made to order and ships separately from our balls, with its own postage. If you order different kinds of item, they usually travel in separate parcels, so they can arrive on different days, and postage is charged for each. Several of the same item are usually sent together. Your balls are sent separately from any made-to-order items.
Import duties and taxes
Orders sent from the UK to another country may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country or the carrier. Where they apply, they are not included in the price or postage you pay us, and they are your responsibility.
